Kid-friendliness: The staff was so friendly with our four year old son. Definitely felt like he was welcome to be there.

Sandwich quality very hit or miss best example is that I doubt any customer wants to pay $10 for a salmon sandwich that has barely enough salmon to cover the bread. Have also received sandwiches with missing ingredients, or just *wrong* ingredients lettuce instead of red onion is a very weird mistake. Some of the newer baristas seem unmotivated I try not to be impatient, but it shouldn 't be a minute long endeavor to write [name], drip on a cup. Still has a great atmosphere, just seems to have a few employees who are new to the basics of customer service (and reading food tags).
