Cafenation has rapidly established itself as Brighton’s beloved neighborhood café, offering a delightful array of baked goods, scrumptious breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and exceptional coffee that keeps patrons coming back. Featured favorites like the Otom and Lox sandwiches showcase fresh, quality ingredients served with warmth and a friendly atmosphere. The café's cozy vibe, complemented by its community-focused service, creates an inviting space for guests, including families with young children. Though some menu items have changed over the years, Cafenation remains a top spot for coffee enthusiasts and sandwich lovers alike, ensuring each visit is a flavorful experience.
My favorite little local cafe! This place is amazing the baked goods are delicious, they do really yummy breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and the coffee is also fabulous. All around favorite spot to stop on my way to work, especially on free avocado Fridays!
Awesome locally owned coffee shop. Great atmosphere with reasonably priced food and drinks. Kid-friendliness: The staff was so friendly with our four year old son. Definitely felt like he was welcome to be there.
Love this neighborhood spot! Really nice employees, amazing drinks and food. Everything from salads to bagels, all delicious! Comfortable place to sit.
Used to be my favorite coffee shop hangout, seems to have declined dramatically in the past few months. Sandwich quality very hit or miss best example is that I doubt any customer wants to pay $10 for a salmon sandwich that has barely enough salmon to cover the bread. Have also received sandwiches with missing ingredients, or just *wrong* ingredients lettuce instead of red onion is a very weird mistake. Some of the newer baristas seem unmotivated I try not to be impatient, but it shouldn 't be a minute long endeavor to write [name], drip on a cup. Still has a great atmosphere, just seems to have a few employees who are new to the basics of customer service (and reading food tags).
