Caffe Nero Washington St - Boston

I had a vegan breakfast sandwich, which was quite tasty! It came with only egg substitute and Daiya cheese, I believe. The strawberry banana smoothie was also vegan. I also tried a vegan blueberry muffin that I wanted to get all over me, but I had already eaten the sandwich so I opted not to spend the extra money haha. Overall, it was still a great experience!

I recently tried the vegan breakfast roll and a cup of tea at this café, and I must say it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is lovely and cozy, with beautiful decor throughout. I highly recommend this place for studying or enjoying a leisurely breakfast. They also have a selection of vegan pastries available.

The food is tasty, but I find it hard to justify paying $8 for a meal that is as small as a single slider.

The ambiance of the restaurant is satisfactory, but I was put off by the unfriendliness and arrogance of a few of the servers. I believe that some of the staff members, who may be immigrants, could benefit from learning the proper etiquette and customer service standards in America. It could also be a situation where they prioritize being polite to white customers over African Americans. Whatever the case may be, they have room for improvement. In the meantime, I will choose to patronize other coffee shops in Boston. There are plenty of options available.
