There were several live mice eating crumbs off the carpet in front of us. We said something and one person out of everyone working did something. We had basically finished our meal by then, totally grossed out, but the restaurant didnât offer any compensation or monetary gesture to make up for the incident. What WeyenB doesn't like about Basho Japanese Brasserie:
All of our food came at once even though we ordered appetizers, then soup and salad, and then rolls. Also, I tried to get another drink and some more wasabi but the waiter didn’t check back for over 15 minutes by which time we were done eating. Location was convenient and reservations made it safe to show up and be seated. View all feedback.
The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and we had a wonderful evening dining out. We will definitely be coming back!
We enjoyed a tasty meal before attending the Red Sox game! The service from our servers was excellent too! We would definitely like to return in the future!
