Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant offers a lackluster breakfast with stale bagels and weak coffee, accompanied by an unwelcome 18% service fee hinting at subpar food and service. The food may be boring, but the excellent service is consistent. However, serving kitchen closing shortly before a 16th birthday breakfast creates a stressful experience. On the other hand, the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is delicious, as are the cocktails and appetizers later in the day. Outstanding customer service stands out, with friendly staff ensuring satisfaction despite included tips. With hot, fresh food and a cozy ambiance, the restaurant is ideal for a quiet, satisfying breakfast experience.
Had a great night, both eating and our waiters were excellent
At 11:15 o'clock, the booking period for 16th birthday breakfast for my daughter. the waiter welcomed us that the kitchen is closed in 15 minutes. it was a quick and stressful family breakfast.
Excellent food, our server was fast and friendly but unintrusive, and I noticed at some tables where there were guests wearing masks, their servers were also masked. Minus one star only because this place has the 'aura ' of a Motel 6 lobby.
The all you can eat breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot to offer. Later in the evening we went to the bar for cocktails and appetizers. The calamari and buff chkn nachos were also delicious. The main reason why I wanted to write a review is because of the buffet waitstaff and bartenders. The customer service was excellent in the am and pm. They all went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Even knowing their tips were included. The entire place inc restrooms were extremely clean as well.
We called this morning Christmas morning looking for a last-minute reservation for their Christmas brunch we were told it was sold out by the operator who answered we asked to get put through anyways and Christopher J Keating the food and beverage manager answered the phone and lo and behold he found a table for us. Christopher was absolutely outstanding in his manner his professionalism his courtesy he’s a charming young man and the consummate professional. This was our first experience at their Christmas buffet my goodness it was delicious they had everything from breakfast eggs Benedict bacon eggs ham frittatas and so on...They also had prime rib ham oysters shrimp you name it they have it any excellent vegetarian selection as well. Worth every penny of the $70 per person. Our waiter was absolutely outstanding as was everybody we came in contact with at the Seaport Hotel and the restaurant. Very impressed with the food and the service the staff so impressive that I have to try to stay at this hotel sometime soon. Again two thumbs way up to Chris Keating food and beverage manager you helped make our Christmas that much better thank you Chris.
