Contribute FeedbackThis well-regarded brunch destination delivers a blend of delightful flavors and friendly service, with standout items like Eggs Benedict and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Guests appreciate the upscale yet relaxed atmosphere, contrasting favorably with more pretentious venues. However, service inconsistencies leave much to be desired, as several diners report long waits, inattentive staff, and overlooked requests. While many enjoyed a leisurely meal, others expressed disappointment in delayed food and service lapses, impacting special occasions. Ultimately, this restaurant has potential but must improve its service to meet the high expectations set by its culinary offerings.
I absolutely adore this restaurant and the food is top-notch. However, the service was quite lacking. Compared to what I have experienced at fast food restaurants, let alone a high-end establishment like the Four Seasons, it fell short. This significantly impacted my mother's birthday celebration and left me feeling extremely disappointed. Simple things such as bringing utensils, refilling our coffee, and getting our order correct were overlooked. We had to constantly remind our server and unfortunately, she never followed through with our requests beyond the initial order.
While not exceptional like Four Seasons, the restaurant is still good and peaceful. The staff is very friendly.
Beautiful room, great ambiance, attentive and friendly service, wonderful brunch with a broad array to choose from.
There are two options for brunch at this restaurant: a cold brunch or a cold brunch with the addition of one hot entree. All of the food was tasty and expertly prepared. We particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, eggs benedict, steak, and croissants. Overall, we preferred this dining experience over the nearby Top of the Hub. It has a more laid-back atmosphere and better quality food. The service was friendly and unpretentious, despite the upscale nature of the restaurant (and prices).
I love this hotel and the food is excellent. The problem is the service I received from a fast food restaurant, much less a Four Seasons. It ruined my mother's birthday party and I was so incredibly disappointed. Basic things like the provision of utensils, the more coffee, memory of our order, etc. had to repeat and remind the server again and again, and she never brought what we demanded outside the original order.
