Mc Donalds - Bossier City

I was in town for work with 2 others, we was told how good of a place this was, so we had to give it a try. Service was great and fast. All 3 of us got the platters of meat. It was great

This place has really good bbq and steaks. The atmosphere is great and there is plenty of room for parties. Our waitress, Michele, was excellent.

My husband and I eat here every few weeks while running errands. The wait staff is professional and friendly. The overall ambience is very nice. This is the only BBQ joint where we don't smell wood burning. The beef doesn't have any bark and the BBQ sauce tastes watered down. I get the hamburger and my husband get the half chicken. Both of which are good. Thumbs down on BBQ and overall price; thumbs up for ambience.

Well, we used to eat at Texas Tavern in Bossier city when they were open and we would go very often even though it is one town over. The steaks were phenomenal. Caesar salad the best. Delicious french fries from fresh cut potatoes. So they opened up a place in shreveport. Needless to say we were ecstatic. Well we went and oh boy we are done. The drinks are weak watered down not worth getting things. But expensive. Sound good but are not worth $2. That is I would not even pay $2 for them and believe me they are not $2. So the next time we did NOT ordered drinks even though we do love to have one with a nice meal. The steaks had NO flavor at all. My salad that looked so good on the menu and that I paid extra for had 1 piece of strawberry on it and maybe 3 pecans. Sad. And I paid extra for it. They stand there in the kitchen and count out the 3 pecans and 1 strawberry. Talk about pitiful. And the side vegetable I got, beyond pitiful. 4 thin slices of zucchini. Oh come on. At home I saute 2 whole zucchinis and 1 yellow squash as a side for us. You gotta be kidding me. I think it cost $4. The french fries are excellent. The loaded baked potato a great valus but I can do both at home. So we are done. Not worth the money. And the atmosphere is awful. LOUD music that kills any chance of a conversation, it floods the place. And rectangular tables, not romantic for two. And all the tables in the big room are those tall things with tall chairs that are impossible to climb up on, or down, and surely are not comfortable. So sad. Am surprized they are still open. Will not go back there ever again. I will spend whatever on a nice dinner with solid drinks and good food and decent portions but that place is a joke. Just letting people know what to expect.

I placed a mobile order in their parking lot and I got home maybe like 5 minutes later and the fries was hard, the nuggets was cold and hard and tasted like it was fried in old grease. I called and talked to the Manager on duty and she was rude and asked me what do I want her to do about that, I have Never had that experience before. If she didn't want to go to work she should have called in. I WANT MY REFUND and I need the Main Manager to contact me ASAP!! I RATE MY EXPERIENCE ON THIS DAY AS A 0. I ALWAYS GO TO THIS MCDONALDS AND HAS NEVER HAD THOS BAD EXPERIENCE UNTIL TODAY AND I AM HURT BEHIND IT!!
