The food was delicious, especially the new spicy chicken sandwich. I have no complaints about my experience at this restaurant. Thank you, Zaxby's, for your great service!
However, I did find it puzzling that children are not allowed here. While we were dining, a group of high school track and field athletes came in and placed their orders without any issues.

They used to make large salads like other places, but in my recent visits, I've noticed they've reduced the amount of ingredients like ham and speck. Now, I only get a half strip of speck, and they don’t chop it up enough. If they won’t cut it, they might as well leave it whole. On a positive note, the staff was friendly. View all feedback.
I really enjoy Zaxby's. The chicken is always fresh, and the service is fantastic.
The traditional wings with sauce tasted bland and watery, and the wings themselves were cold and tough.
The portion of coleslaw was very small. The chicken, toast, and fries were cold, and I had to reheat everything in the oven. It felt like a complete waste of money considering the tiny portions.
The meal was grossly under served. Order this meal often and never has it been this small serving and pieces of a tender counted as a strip. No worries i will just bring the 24$ meal to the other chicken str place. Driver was on poi
Great! Ordered a Fingers Family Meal 30 minutes before close and I really hate doing that but they were so nice and didnt mind. Hot and fresh.
