Jimmy John's - Bossier City

The staff was friendly and the sandwich was excellent. They were especially kind to my elderly mother.

I've been to this restaurant three times to pick up food for my partner, and each time I've noticed that the staff are glued to their phones. I approach the counter and stand there, but they just keep looking at their screens and don't say a word, even after I greet them as soon as I walk in. When I finally mention that I'm here to pick up an order, they look at me as if I've interrupted them and ask for the name in a curt manner. I won't be coming back, and I'll be addressing this issue in the morning.

This is one of my favorite places when I'm looking for something quick and reliable! I've ordered from here several times over the past three years and have never had any issues with the food or service. The staff is super friendly! There were a few occasions when I forgot to request the kickin' ranch on the side, and they kindly provided it for free!

The new chicken Thai wrap is amazingly delicious. It is smaller than a regular Jimmy Johns sammy, costs around $10, and surprisingly worth every penny. I hope they keep it around for a while.

I love eating here. We never have problems with our orders. We get our sandwiches quickly every single time. We’ve eaten here over ten times in the past year or two. Occasionally there are less than model employees being too loud or goofing off, but hey, I had a first job once, too.
