read moreA popular Yum Cha restaurant experienced a decline in quality and service after changing ownership, with some staff members being rude and unhelpful. The food was described as bland and overpriced, losing the authentic Cantonese dining experience that customers had previously enjoyed. Additionally, customers noted inconsistencies in the service, with some feeling neglected and rushed during their visits. Despite maintaining some long-time staff members, the franchise conglomerate's takeover seemed to have a negative impact on the overall dining experience, leading to disappointment among patrons.
