It gives glamour to the Valtellina traditional food with a Milanese touch. Mary and Mark cook, serve and treat you like you are well known friends and I would recommend that all students of international hotel schools come here and learn how you serve your guests. You can choose between three menu's and a la carte. All dishes are prepared to perfection with carefully selected ingredients and accompanied by home made bread. They have excellent very fair priced wines, the best Italy brings. For the second year now we could not resist to eat here on two consecutive days, It is perfect Next year we will be back.

We had dinner twice at mary co in bormio and it was the best culinary experience we had in our multi-week trip in italy. the chef is an artist who was eating wa... read more We had dinner twice at mary co in bormio and it was the best culinary experience we had in our multi-week trip in italy. the chef is an artist who was eating was absolutely perfection. and he has very generously restored several dishes for my man, who is allergic to weizen. he even said he would make him the next day without wheat flour his special bookwheat noodle recipe! the dining room is nice and quiet, good wine selection, desserts are also brilliant. we cannot say enough about this place, it is divine.

We were for one hour the only guests, and later in the evening, 2 more tables were occupied. Service with us was timely, but we can imagine that there is waiting time increases (as other reviewers experienced) when it is more busy
