I ordered a sollenfilet before about two weeks in the restaurant. this was totally salted at the first time, so I couldn't eat it and complained. within five mi... read more I ordered a sollenfilet before about two weeks in the restaurant. this was totally salted at the first time, so I couldn't eat it and complained. within five minutes I got a new flogged fillet, which was once inconvenient. the filet was strongly watery, as it was obviously thawed and not well cooked. I was asked to pay if it tasted me. I then denied this and reproduced my impression of the second filet. the service has not accepted any of the critique, but rejected it and referred to numerous sold filets. I find that unharmed and unprofessional.
