It's hard to say about Racines. We're on a semi gastro. There are clearly ideas but in the execution we would like it to go further. Like this tandoori stew chorizo where tandoori is too light and chorizo too. Even if elements come out of the lot (the dessert to corn, what a treat can only come out mixed with this meal. We've been here for several years. we love this inventive cuisine where original flavors are offered. small disappointment for a restaurant of this quality and price 3 meals 2 glasses 65,00 €)to no longer have miniards at the end of the meal and more waiting between the dishes too long. Too bad.

Beautiful combination of flavors. menu from midday to week with products from south west, cool price, flat entrance 25 euros. nice presentation of the plates. effective service on Tuesday 12h. I loved my sturgeon potimarron dish. I recommend.
