The pho counter has a variety of different soups that change daily, but always revolve around a "standard" pho, one with duck, a more Thai-influenced Tom Yum (my favourite) and a five-spice pork - they have other varieties too occasionally. They have supplemented the pho with a green papaya salad that is delicious and can be very spicy and now that the pho has its own till, things are much easier. The other counter has the usual mix of pan-Asian standards - pork in caramel, Thai green curry, nems and so on, but even when the tubs are fresh they aren't appealing to me. They also have a deli counter with all manner of cold dishes to take away and heat up yourself and Vietnamese steamed Bo buns.
The good points: one of the best se Asian meals I had in france. freshly made, delicious food with generous aids. reasonable prices. less good points: it is the French equivalent of street food, except that they sit next to a gigantic Chinese supermarket next to a...main road. I should also note that there is a great selection of ready to cook home food available, there was a constant stream of people buying their evening meal to reheat home, and this eating certainly looked worth examination. Summary: if you are looking for se asian street food either there or eat home, this is the place to come. reasonable prices, good helps great food. in any case worth a visit.
