a very nice concept (4, 6 or 8 dishes, to be chosen from 10 and to be shared among all guests). Surprising but well-adjusted flavors that lead to dishes that make you want to ride on land of pleasure. A particularly friendly team, whether in the kitchen (open, you can eat at the bar to admire the chefs) or in the room (a big thank you to the 3 waitresses, adorable)A pleasant atmosphere, with wooden furniture, chairs... We went to the restaurant and get very confused with the menu as you need to select a number of plates. We thought that we were able to have one of each in a degustation portion. After listening other table discussion, we founded out that...the option we had was “degustation menu” which was not what wasn’t ordered by us. It turns out that we had to wait min before having our first plate. Food was good but I wouldn’t... View all feedback.
Had the 4 1 tasting menu, overall a very nice experience. After a recommendation from a tour guide in the city and came without much exploring its kitchen. There were Israeli, Asian and French influences everywhere. In some cases it created amazing dishes, in others, it was a little hard to understand. I think the diversity could be a bit much for the average person, but it does not take much away from the restaurant. Started with the Japanese Israeli style tuna, which was really interesting, followed by white fish in the milk soup, tomatoes, green and almonds. Followed by the vegetable dish that was somehow interesting then the duck that was really good. The pistachio financier Dessert was brilliant and light. Pricing is very decent and this is definitely and beautiful to explore from the mainstream restaurant while in Bordeaux.
Absolutely incredible food. Tasty, unique concept, the Miso caramel ice cream was beyond this world. Must-try if you're around town.
I had the 4 course lunch 1 course dessert. The 4 savoury dishes were absolutely excellent, great flavours and textures, interesting and well executed. Wine suggestions also strong. Sadly the chocolate /coffee cake dessert was a real let down- thick, heavy, bready texture and no flavour with a soggy crisp on top. A bizarre let down to an otherwise fabulous meal!
Establishment to discover The mix of flavours of several cuisines is original. I find that the tasting menu price is reasonable and excellent price
Hmm. It was recommended by a friend. We tasted all the dishes on the map in the 39euro menu. 4 or 5 small dishes to share more 2 desserts. The concept is really good but I have to admit that I was a little disappointed. Maybe there were 1 or 2 dishes that really tasted and others were just fine. The service is nice. The atmosphere too.
