L'Evidence Cafe - Bordeaux

We had originally stopped at the restaurant to have a beer on the terrace whilst waiting for the BatCub ferry. However after looking at the menu board we changed our minds, and what a good decision.Something for everyone and desirable food at reasonable prices with excellent service.Visit again? We did! On Wednesday we enjoyed the Beef Wok. On Thursday, Fish of the Day followed by cheese cake with pineapple drizzle - exquisite.When visiting France we look for restaurants which are full of local people, this is definately one such restaurant, and we plan to return on our next visit to this beautiful city.

Walked along the promenade and everywhere was packed plus the prices seemed really high so crossed over road and came across here. Originally stopped for just coffee but asked to look at the menu and decided to have lunch. Menu very limited but very appealing. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Had superb two course lunch with beers and coffee. Reasonably priced in comparison to promenade prices. Highly recommend a visit.

This restaurant need a serious thought for recruiting a better team.

We had an enjoyable lunch made so because of helpful staff who could assist us to interpret the menu. The food was great and combined with the service made for an excellent experience.
