Perhaps we were left because we... read more Unfortunately the service was not idyllic. We had very high expectations of this restaurant but unfortunately we were let down. Perhaps we were left because we were english speaking however one of us had French as a second language. After being seated we were just left alone, we had to ask for water and had to ask to see a wine list. Our entrees were delicious but alas the lamb main course for one of us was inedible tough to be fair there was no question and this was replaced with another dish. I have to give this restaurant an average as most of the meal was very good but let down by one dish and the wait staff.

We had an excellent waitress who said she was lucky to be working there.. Truth is.. they are lucky to have you.. u looked after us exceptionally well… we all left feeling we had a great experience and much of it was down to you.. I’ve not used your name, but I’m sure you know who you are and hope the management know who you are.. If we are ever back in Bordeaux, we will go there in the hope you will be there and make our next visit as good as our last..
