Some of us pass the door, Hervé welcomes you with all the history around him and his family. At the beginning relentless to take the dish of ribs (already taken in other restaurants, too fat, not seasoned) and finally here a feast. An exquisite potato! The whole meal, Hervé makes sure everything goes well and tells us why each ingredient was chosen. A restaurant not like others, which changes what is found elsewhere. I recommend for the curious and those who really want to exchange with the restaurateurs.
