The beers are not cheaper than elsewhere... After the owner's response: Like what I said, we look down on people, we denigrate and we make erroneous thoughts. It's not a matter that the waitress is a foreigner but she doesn't smile, doesn't say hello, rolls her eyes, she's just not friendly.
