My son-in-law told me the greatest good of this nice shop close to my home a few months ago. I do not regret this advice because the proposed oysters are of high quality which come from the Arcachon Basin (with a memory moved for the missing gravettes.) or elsewhere "Ostréophage" convinced (is this term really present?), so I was able to taste oysters from the estuary of the gironde: they have a particular flavor and constitute a real regal. The staff is very kind, which doesn't ruin anything...The prices are very reasonable (in fact, everyone knows since 1963 that "the price forgets the quality remains"). On the other hand, I have not yet taken advantage of the few tables allowing for a tasting on site accompanied by white wine (no risk of alcootest for a pedestrian) which could not be late.

It is an eighty hut that also makes tasting (3 small tables.) the setting is nice and typical and the lovely welcome. We take him eightres very regularly: at the choice of the park of the Empress, galice, ferret, arguin, medoc ... Also on sale 2 small white wines to choose from, and a paste. I strongly recommend.

Freshness guaranteed, friendly welcome. It's just the view of the basin, but we'd almost believe it. the hut is the ideal place to ease an irresistible desire for oysters.
