Their passion for wine is palpable, and they managed to guide me with patience and enthusiasm through a selection of exceptional wines. The sheep milk cheese was delicious; delightfully tangy. And the cured meats were also delicious. Shoutout to my server, Claire! Her service was impeccable. She was so friendly and effective; it is clear to me that she takes great pride in being an exceptional waitress.
