Despite the busyness, the staff is very hospitable with helpful recommedantions and the food is served relatively quickly. Pescetarian friendly but no main courses for vegetarians.

Despite this beautiful evening a few flats to note: the service a little slow, although we are warned during the reservation that we will have to release the table at 21:15. We had to call the servers so they wouldn’t forget us, they hung the brushes on the dishes between the tables. there were newly recruited staff and a little bit of affluence my meat a calf’s chest looked more fat than those of the other guests’ dishes. So very difficult to cut and chew with nerve tips. Too bad because the dish associations were incredible: the small sauce and the braised sugar. Despite all the experience was good, we spent a good time at Écho Cave eating we feel that the composition of the dishes is well worked, the plates are beautiful to devour eyes.
