There are only three à la carte dishes but they are perfectly mastered and an exceptional freshness! We enjoyed it and I still have water in my mouth by writing this comment. The waiter perfectly advised my partner in the choice of wine. In addition, the frame is magical. We eat in an old convent whose oogive vault dates from the sixteenth century! Anyway, a treat for taste buds and eyes. What a great discovery!
