Creative, inventive and beautiful, the kitchen is made of surprising dishes and flavors, associations sought after. The purée of panais at the bean of tonka for example is a wonder, the ox of the Limousin and its small girolles as well. Bravo chef, desserts that little sweet and full of attention also like these little treats with coffee.
We went there for a birthday and took the confidence menu at 69€. The kitchen is of excellent quality. The products are good. The service is pleasant. The only concern was on the quantities: We were still hungry while we are not fat eaters and had to eat a bite at the end of the meal.
Rating: (4/5) I recently visited the C 'yusha restaurant and I had a pleasant time. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and comfortable, which allowed me to relax during my meal. Simple decoration and warm lighting added a beautiful atmosphere to the place. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff was ready to answer my questions on the menu. They also made good recommendations on dishes. Regarding food, it was delicious. I tried some special dishes and they were all excellent. However, I would have liked to have a wider choice of options. Prices were reasonable in relation to the quality of food and service. In summary, my experience at C 'yusha restaurant was positive. It's a great place to enjoy a delicious meal in a comfortable atmosphere. I will certainly come back to the future.
First time at this restaurant and we weren't disappointed. The chef is imaginative and blends flavors brilliantly. The tastes were all there, which is exactly what you want. We opted for the €73 menu, or the six-course menu for €53, accompanied by a glass of champagne and two glasses of wine. The service was quick and well-paced, thanks to a very pleasant head waitress who knew every ingredient in every dish perfectly. The icing on the cake was the location under the arches of a former cellar, or perhaps stables? A must-try at least once.
Remarkable for its flavors and surprising discoveries. You must allow yourself to be guided by Madame's kindness and enthusiasm to happily discover Monsieur's enormous work! What originality, what research, and what sometimes surprising flavors! Go without hesitation; you will go from one discovery to the next. It's daring, in the best sense of the word; it's sometimes a little surprising, even complicated to navigate with them, but what a pleasure at the end of this suspended moment! Thank you so much for the discovery of nettle (I hope I'm not scaring anyone... , for the shortbread, for the sublimely cooked scallops, for the combination of cauliflower and yuzu, for the subtlety of the financier, but also for the smiles and the radiant laughter. A wonderful wedding anniversary. See you very soon.
