Many of you won't realise how much of a compliment it is for a German to say the bread is good, let alone say it's better than our local bakery but trust me, it's special. One of the best sandwiches I've had, friendly, bilingual staff. The queue might look long at lunch but it moves quickly. There's plenty of sandwich choices here and there's salads as well if you don't want a sandwich that looked good and a few desert options. There's seating to eat which looks good but we walked a bit to a nearby Park to eat there. Great place I'd have no problem recommending.
I seriously can’t get over how delicious my sandwich was. I ordered the “special” sandwich for 7 euros (most sandwiches are 6 euros I think). They have set, affordable, combo meal deals where you can get a drink, dessert, and/or chips with your meal. Anyways, my duck and fig sandwich was unbelievably delicious! The bread is super fresh, dense, chewy, and crispy. The duck and fig sauce combination was glorious. It was almost like eating duck bacon. On top of that, they toast the sandwich in a panini maker as well. Sometimes I dream about the sandwich at night.
Best sandwich in Bordeaux . Need I say more? Cozy eating area in a 17th-century building in the arts and antiquities district. More? Friendly folks, reasonably priced. Try it!
Must be decent sandwiches because there's usually a line at lunch time. I needed to buy a small bottle of water there but found the $3 price unfriendly enough to never check out the food.
