It's certainly not the prettiest restaurant you'll visit in your life but you're sure to have a good experience here thanks to the friendly staff (fire up your Google translate though unless your Portuguese is fluent) and the heaps of delicious fresh fish that's being served.

Prices are really reasonable. Outside the tourist tracks. Totally worth it!
