The hospitality was atrocious and that was just enquiring about a table at the entrance. They seriously need a better representative to greet guests.

Sa and waited for food for over 45 minutes. no problem because we were in no hurry and thought that eating should be freshly cooked! we were wrong. my man could... read more Sa and waited for food for over 45 minutes. no problem because we were in no hurry and thought that eating should be freshly cooked! we were wrong. my man could not eat his cold burger and pommes, and my burger was...but cold pommes! I asked people not to complain while I was eating. on departure we mentioned to the male waiter that eating was disgusting and that my man could not finish his burger. which was still clearly on his teller. the answer from the waiter was incredible! no excuse. just that we should complain earlier? Never again! that is a health number!

I sampled a slider... read more Family group, varied tastes and we ordered a variety of dishes and drinks. My fish tacos I'll score a 4, were quite good and I enjoyed them. I sampled a slider and the meat was just too dry....overdone, not good enough sadly. Burger eaters and...pizza eaters in the group all said their food was good, but nothing special. Mention also made of meats being a bit dry Fries were great, service was all over the shop (apparently their serving counter warming lights weren't working so they were bringing food out very haphazardly. Cleanliess a big fail. Not cleaning or wiping down tables. Blow flies hanging around past customers unfinished food. Took them an hour before one table was cleaned off Ginger beer very good. Beers, no one complained. Would I go back? Hmmm, yes as the atmosphere and setting was great and perhaps we just got them on a bad day, but I'd only give them one more chance!

Sta... read more Wow microbrewery in the heart of Ipswich CBD. Beautiful courtyard both children and pet friendly. Wide range of food choices and indoor dining is an option. Staff are friendly and courteous and efficient at clearing/cleaning the tables. Reasonable prices with plenty of offstreet parking available....It was wonderful to be outside catching up with friends in a warm yet relaxing environment. This is a must venue please check it out.
