Our go to chipper in area and delivery is excellent. Fish and all of the food is excellent also
Very disappointed with the portion sizes lately. Last week I was shocked how small the smoked cadjau was and chicken kebab tablet had the greatest any sauce. today I ordered the battery burger to be crispy what it was not and also got a burger, bag chips and a child's meal. the child meal had more chips, then the pocket of chips that it should not have and it measured to a handful size (literal.) I called g. macari to make a complain to be told on the phone that the person does not deal with it, but will pass on a message and then told me a few other people have made the same complaining about the portion size.
€17.90 for fish and chips with a can of coke and garlic sauce I think is quite pricey however it was delicious. I gave 1 star for the atmosphere because for the whole time while I was waiting for my order, what looked like a senior staff was giving out to one of the newer staff who actually served me, and by the way was very pleasant and professional. The older senior staff was not teaching him he was giving out quietly but quite disrespectfully while waving his hands and throwing bags around. It was painful to watch and I actually felt bad for the younger guy. I was going to ask for a receipt to see a breakdown of the stuff I got as it seemed a bit expensive but I didn’t after seeing the scene I described because I would have just stressed the young guy out.
