Wow! Wow! Wow! This is the perfect Boonville experience. Small town vibe with people that take pride in their craft and hospitality. You won’t get a sanitized chain feel or flavor. The MEATY-IST ribs I have ever had. Smoke to perfection. Sauce or no sauce, you take your choice. There are strikers to be told. Check out the letterman’s jacket story, ask about the “bar” and get the ribs!!! View all feedback.
