My family and I love Buerky's! Show the best grill we've ever eaten! Very friendly staff and fantastic family environment. We recommend this restaurant to anyone who is willing to experience a selection of quality and custom smoked meat as you could find in all Missouri! Owned by a really real and loving family... This small barbecue area is currently only open on Fridays and Saturdays from 1100 to 8 and the food is very good. You have to try the burned ends, and the fried fish. The fish is served only on Friday.

I'm totally in love with this place! The food is amazing, prices reasonable, and everyone I met was honestly friendly. Everyone can pretend a smile and be polite, but if you do something you love, a warm and happy demon shines through. You're doing everything here!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is the perfect Boonville experience. Small town vibe with people that take pride in their craft and hospitality. You won’t get a sanitized chain feel or flavor. The MEATY-IST ribs I have ever had. Smoke to perfection. Sauce or no sauce, you take your choice. There are strikers to be told. Check out the letterman’s jacket story, ask about the “bar” and get the ribs!!!
