Additionally, if you have a second job, it seems to create additional stress for the store manager, which could lead to your termination. The work environment is frustrating, as the management struggles with basic tasks and it feels like there’s a general lack of effort among the staff. Moreover, I've noticed a troubling level of discrimination during my time here.
