Scooter's Coffee - Boone

I went there for breakfast and got a few burritos which are 3.50 a piece, they're pretty small and from the freezer. Mine were still frozen in the middle, like straight up frozen and one looked like this

Thursday, March 17 was my last try at Boone Scooters. It was the 3rd time in a row i specifically asked 4 hot hot chocolate was served a child hot drink. Not happy! Obviously, they dont care if your order is right. Back to McDonalds for me in the mornings.

Things have completely improved here. I've been going twice a day 3x this week and everyone has been friendly and helpful. Coffee has improved. I dont eat many items here so can't say anything about that, but the staff are back to their friendly self. Kudos. I always tip and appreciate the conversation that I have each time. Thanks for the improvements!!

I?ve tried to be happy with scooters as i love the convenience in the mornings. I order a simple drink, cold brew plain, splash of cream. Today i got a watered down version of coffee that you could see through. I asked them nicely to make it again and it was worse the second time. You could see through the cup. She said ? I don?t know what to tell you. There must be something wrong with the concentrate. I don?t know why it looks like that.? She knew it was wrong and still gave it to me. Twice. It?s always an issue on the weekends but this did it for me. Deleted the app and will be going to Starbucks for my morning fix.

Stopped by the scooters tonight about 7 PM 2 girls in there working all they could do was laugh. ordered 2 drinks 2 carmelicious apparently they forgot to put the caramel in it was nothing but coffee and shaved ice with whipped cream on top.
