Mcdonald's - Bonnyville

I've noticed a significant difference since the previous managers and workers left, and I believe many long-time customers can see it too. I've heard people say that McDonald's isn't hiring, only to find out that they quickly hired more staff from a specific background, which feels a bit unfair, especially since my friends were looking for jobs but were turned away. After my experience today, I don't think I’ll be going back to the Bonnyville location. The staff has often been rude, and it seems there are always the same employees cleaning while others just stand around. With so many workers, it’s puzzling that the place isn’t kept cleaner. They really need to step up their game.

It’s quite uncommon for the food to be served at a decent temperature. I just ordered a meal and waited 20 minutes, only to find that everything was barely warm when it arrived, and the fries were cold.

Chase Croft was the best employee I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly and supportive—absolutely a 10/10!

It's a McDonald's, drive through wanted me to pull ahead to the reserved window even tho I was the only one in the drive through, I'm guessing it was so they could clear the timer and make their stats for time look good. I did't move and the supervisor was confused when he went had my order ready and seen me sitting at the pay window still.
