I enjoyed a very good reception in this small restaurant, well located and overlooking the central square of Bonneville. The kitchen is simple and quick service. the chef offers a daily menu at a very reasonable price. Very convenient if you have little time and a small budget. View all feedback.
This place is great to take friends to on a clear day for the fantastic view AND the Savoyard food.
Great tradition ambience! Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff compliment ample portions.
This restaurant is renamed within days under the new owner, a gentleman from Sicily, le florimont. we had only lunch there on the third day as it was opened under the new management. the kitchen is a mix of Italian and French. the chef spoke to us and said he will only have fresh ingredients, so the daily menus often change, but only a few choices. my man enjoyed be steak and salat and I went for the cheap menu of grilled red paprika, Italian style, and ricotta and spinat filled pasta. preserves a chance, so they try it when in the opposite.
Very friendly reception on arrival and very attentive but not pushy service. The menu, though not massive, has a very good variety of dishes. For dinner it is all a la carte and we picked a main course (mushrooms on pieces of baguette with a cheese sauce) to share as a starter, which was superb, followed by charbonnade of beef; a huge portion of deliciously tender meat and fresh vegetables that are all cooked on the charcoal burner at the table. Too full for dessert after all that! The wine list is very well chosen - we had a Vacqueryas which was nicely rounded and smooth and very well priced at €25. The ambiance of the restaurant is rustic charm with modern decor that works very well. This is the first restaurant in Bonneville to offer a more interesting variety of dishes and to be open full-time in the evenings. Recommend it fully and they deserve every success with the new (2.5 months old) venture.
Good little address, when you go through Bonneville. We're welcome and we eat well. a savoir
