What I found unacceptable was that card payment was generally accepted (it said so on the door , but the card reader was broken that day (which can happen . However, it was unfriendly that there was no sign indicating this at the counter, and the staff reacted quite rudely when it came to paying, as I had no cash to show except my phone. I ended up paying via PayPal... (And I wasn't the first customer...!! I'm generally always friendly and almost always get that back. But this place won't be seeing me again.
