Pizza margarita was ordered. I tried to pay with my Mastercard of a Belgian ING bank but the POS-terminal didn't accept it. I didn't have cash with me, so I walked 10 minutes to my hotel and back to bring cash. It was 10p.m. and no other restaurant and snack in the neighborhood was open, otherwise I wouldn't even take it. The explanation of the only stuff member was that the POS-terminal was changed by his boss so that it would accept only German cards. I felt myself as if I visited a country under heavy sanctions. In my opinion, the man did so on purpose and he just took advantage of the situation and wanted to have some black money.
