But recently, the quality has det... read more I'm very frustrated with dean&david. I used to enjoy eating there because I appreciated their fresh, healthy, and honest food. But recently, the quality has deteriorated significantly. The food is sometimes tasteless and dry. The ingredients are wilted or mushy. This doesn't align with their mission. Furthermore, the staffing situation seems to have changed recently. There used to be only one employee who was always friendly, motivated, and competent. He always made me smile and felt welcome. But on my last few visits, the server seemed unmotivated and stressed. This has led to mistakes with orders. The atmosphere is no longer inviting. I can no longer recommend dean&david. They've lost me as a customer. They've abandoned their commitment to quality.
