The steak was cooked unevenly, practically raw in the middle with only a 1/16 inch of cooking on each side. It arrived cold and with mold on the bread. The steak had no rendered fat and was of terrible quality to begin with. The overall dish was poorly cooked and disappointing. View all feedback.
