The service was decent, and the ambiance was satisfactory. However, the food was lacking and definitely not fresh. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.

Got their strawberry mint smoothie. It was very good but it was like 1/3 smoothie and 2/3 ice. So I’d recommend asking for less ice. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Anyway, she took the sandwich and refunded my money. While I was at the cash register, she told me she recognized me from a visit the day before (then backtracked and said it might have been a couple of weeks ago) and mentioned that I had complained about the same issue! That really annoyed me because I hadn't been there in ages, but she insisted it was me. It just confirmed that others are indeed unhappy about the portion sizes, not just me. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience has cost them my business. If they keep this up, they are going to lose even more customers. I mentioned that I used to come here regularly before the pandemic and hadn’t returned until today. She then explained that it was due to inflation and that prices have increased. I get that, but if prices are going up, then the increase should be reflected in the prices, not the portion sizes. Don't keep the same price while reducing the amount of food. P.S. Lesson learned: I should have checked the recent Yelp reviews before ordering. If you sort them from Newest to Oldest, you'll see a growing number of low ratings that are quite recent.
