What Anastasiia Seredina doesn't like about Chong's Cafe:
Food is good, but they tried to overcharge us, when I realized that bill looks too high, I started counting, price of our food was $52 and bill that they brought was $79. After I asked for the itemized bill, she told us that 15% tips was included, which was not mentioned anywhere(bill is handwritten)But even with the tips included and tax it still should be $65. Found a great (hidden gem) restaurant. Originally went to pho50 in pw as I was really wanting pho, but fortunately for us it was closed. Looked up another local place that sells pho and came across Chong's and let me tell you they hands down have the best pho in town!!!
