Had the 6 course meal. We really enjoyed all the courses except the dessert we thought was OK (I had much better pavlovas than the one I was served). The service was great. It is an excellent gourmet restaurant. the room is beautifully decorated, and the attentive service. but the value ratio with the other starred restaurants of the region is not there at all. There is a real problem in the kitchen for a starry. Moreover the public is not mistaken there, tonight I tried vainly to book in several Michelin restaurants of the city of Lille. Amply deserved, the val d'auge rejoices from its mouths to its powerful chocolate dessert. flavors, presentations, service: this restaurant assumes its ambitions and respects the codes of the red guide while surprising our taste buds. very nice taste experience!
