This outlet is in Westfield Bondi Junction. A large selection of enticing cakes on offer, it could be a daunting task on what to buy. Note that if you decide to dine in, the prices are more expensive than take away.
Service was pretty good and we chose to takeaway. Purchased a French Vanilla Custard Tart which had a flaky pastry and a lovely creamy centre. Also got a Coffee Religious (another name for a Coffee Nun)... View all feedback.
What Hilda Hauck doesn't like about Pattison's Patisserie:
Good coffee but you can't enjoy it if you are looking for a bit of time out. It's beyond busy and loud here and service was just a bit rude but I guess it's because they're always under pressure.
Food was ok/ average. Can't comment on the bakery/ sweets section as we didn't want to go back up and order again haha. View all feedback.

Inside Westfield Bondi Junction, you will be tempted by Pattison's with their 360° circular display of all things sweet & savoury. From artisan breads to pies & pastries, ready made sandwiches and lots of pretty looking cakes & sweets. On this occasion I had a beef burgandy pie which had a good pastry & tasty filling. The coffee was decent and good with a decadent & moist brownie. I also got 4 sweet treats to take home. The chocolate mousse was decadent but a little too soft as it was melting as soon as it was put in the box. The berry frangipane tart was light & enjoyable as was the carrot cupcake although neither were remarkable. The French vanilla slice was the standout with crispy layers of pastry and a thick vanilla custard in between & definitely the pick of the bunch.
Walking past their counter and really impress with the amount of variety cake and decide to give it a try. Order some macaroons with lemon meringue beside an ice chocolate drink. Everything was quite nice

The coffee custard filling was not that sweet but the coffee glaze was so it balanced it out.
This coffee spot has a super large cake and pastry display that just screams "eat me". I've visited a few times to pick up a quick celebration cake because of convenience when in the Westfield shopping centre. The sweets are on the sweeter side but still rich and pleasant. The croissants are also a must!
