this is a top place grocery store and cafe. It sells good food for the health conscious. I stopped here for a coffee and toast but there's so much great food to eat in or take away. Buffet style service with fruits, yoghurts, eggs, lasagnes, curries, salads. I've bought a salad here before and it's a great healthy lunch option. The Aboht Life stores are great. This one is in an awesome location where you can enjoy a shop a coffee in the sun. Works as a organic wholefoods grocer cafe. Service was good, coffee was good, I did notice that a lot of the tables needed clearing wiping though. It seemed a bit dirty but they could have been busy. Other than that great place! Saturday afternoon is the good time to try another coffee shop we have not yet been. this day we decided to try this place, since its only 5 minutes to foot from our place and past it a few times there is a martke place for organic products and products that is quite brilliant. they also serve organic meals for lunch at least I got a moccha and a chai latte the moccha I would 3/5. not the best maccha, but also not bad. the chocolate dust at the top tasted pretty good, although another one was a chai latte. Came here for a spontaneous breakfast and had only one of them fill their containers in mealtime. I have the small, but for the price they pay it was quite worth (probably the half of what they would pay, sitting in another caffe.) probably also the cheapest in bondi? I had only horns, chia and mango pudding, celestial, granola and fruit salad. so easy, but a perfect breakfast! they also had offers like coffee and a muffin. rabated when they also try their own coffee cup! back to try lunch options and to cut the food business.
A health nut and vegans food paradise. Another case that proves just how far ahead of the healthy food game Sydney is. Their buffet has delicious options for all types of health preferences and is packed with superfoods. The menu at the cafe has fantastic options too, you can't go wrong. Highly recommended, be sure to grab a guilt-free raw dessert on the way out. Perfect for your local healthy grocery shopping too.
Just wish the buffet station food was bigger they do pretty delicious food. I frequent the Surry hills and double bay branches quite frequent. The juices are delicious and food okay. Great place to lounge out in the sun.
I was pretty excited about trying About Life. I loved Plant Gallery on Bondi Road Unfortunately it lacks atmosphere and the service wasn't that great. The coffees are all cold pressed and they didn't know what a Picollo was and brought me something completely different As for the menu it is diverse but very over prized. A BLT with coconut bacon is $18.90 and you have the option to add Avocado for $2.50. So a BLT is $21.40!!! This is ridiculous. I saw other meals being served which were all small portions I asked if they had any daily papers, they didn't. I think this should be standard in a cafe.
