What Sonia Dietrich doesn't like about Bills:
We were very disappointed eating at Bill's. The service was very disappointing (sat with our plates for 15 minutes) and the food portion for the prawn linguini was small. It cost 14.50 for the dessert which promised to be a sundae but was no more than a few scoops of ice cream with popcorn and peanuts and a bit of chocolate. We had a lovely breakfast here. It was very busy, but we got a table right away. Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. The pour over coffee of the month was also really good. Thanks bills!
The legendary Bill Granger legacy lives on at Bill's Bondi. With breakfast cuisine honed to a natural science, the presentation of plates is prizeworthy. Our service was above and beyond not only the low bar of Australian expectations, but served up a dining experience on par with any hospitality aspiration. The Australian Cafe culture is preserved pridefully in Bondi, one of the many Bill's locations worldwide. We had a decaf latte, flat white, Full Aussie brekkie and corn fritters. All were outstanding.
I tried ricotta hotcake and it was fantastic. It was huge for one person though, it can be shared. Coffee was amazing. Staff were great and friendly.
