Bagel 2 Go - Bondi Beach

After visiting the States and being spoilt for choice when it comes to schmears (cream-cheese spread), I've forever been disappointed in Aussie bagels as the only schmear you can find is the original cream cheese. WELL. Bondi 2 Go had something like 20 different schmears to choose from, from bacon+caremellised onion, chili+lime, beetroot, to name a few.. And the guy was very helpful in letting me try a handful! (I just wish they had an artichoke one)The bagels were fresh and non-stingy on the ingredients. Perfect location, too. We got a coffee as well and then sat near the beach to enjoy them.  The only con is that I got the Everything Bagel however there was a certain seed or herb or something that was very overpowering in flavour and it didn't allow me to fully enjoy any other ingredient...  I don't know what it was but it spoiled it! Definitely would come back though!

This bagel shop is quirky and cool, they have fresh, tasty and great bagels. They have a great selection of bagels and the most variety of cream cheeses. Not only do they do sweet bagels (i.e., bagels and cream cheese and spreads) they also do bagels sandwiches and bagel ice cream sandwiches. They also serve coffees and freezoccino frappes. I had the wakey wakey bagel sandwich which had bacon, eggs, swiss cheese and baby spinach. It was delicious, great tasting, fresh ingredients and best of all the bagel had a crispy crust, which was so good when you bit into it. Service is great, the people there are super friendly. Would definitely go back!

Went to Bondi for a day out with the family. Decided to go for something different for lunch so we opted for bagels. The bagels were amazing, we ordered three different bagel sandwiches. The gone fishing bagel sandwich which had cured salmon, cucumber, and cos lettuce and I added the dill and lemon cream cheese. The wakey wakey bagel sandwich which had bacon and eggs and baby spinach and the chick chick boom bagel sandwich which had chicken, avocado, bacon, tomato and cos lettuce with added cream cheese. After the savoury bagels we decided to go back to try their sweet desserts. They have a choice of the bagel ice cream sandwich or just plain bagel with an assortment of cream cheese. We tried the blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese. I've never had blueberry cream cheese in my bagel and it was an absolute winner! The bagels were absolutely wonderful, the flavours were so good together and the bagel was very fresh. Although this shop is a take away bagel store the bagels were very gourmet and very reasonably priced for Bondi. Would definitely go back for more bagels in the future 10/10!!
