First time at Kano, we had the seafood chowder and the seafood poutine. The food was unfortunately slightly above average but the price reflects it (18-23$ . I'd say a decent value. The interior decor is gorgeous, the restaurant faces bayside, however we went during the evening so no view for us. Poor experience. The seafood platter (most expensive meal on the menu) was cold and tasteless. When we respectfully explained the situation the answer we got didn?t show a real intention on addressing it. We should?ve read the reviews before coming to Kano. And by the way the place was almost empty when we ordered so it?s not like they were in a rush. View all feedback.
The 'mussels and fries ' and the 'fish and chips ' are excellent.

We ate at this restaurant 4 times, twice for breakfast and twice for dinner. During our dinner we were served by Véronique, a native of Bonaventure, who treated us like kings. Sparkling and warm, it contributed to our high percentage of appreciation. The spinach salad with cashews and berries, the scallops, the flank steak... everything was succulent. Prices are high but usual for tourist places. Service: Dine in
