Signaterhof - Bolzano

This place was really warm and cozy and it really made you feel like at home, thanks to the family atmosphere and really friendly staff.

Wonderful creative local dishes w beautiful presentation. Well worth the drive up from Bolzano. Just be sure to arrive before 20:00 otherwise the wait staff will tell you to hurry up and order. Despite the surly service, we plan on going back to try more dishes!

The tipical local food kept at it simple a fair taste. You have to try it to understand what it was the traditional local food

This is a bit of a repeat from the hotel review but focuses on dinner. Dinner was excellent with selections of homemade pasta's for primi and wild game, fowl and beef for secondi. Personally I had the fresh porcini pasta and beef cheek. A bottle of local Ligrein riserva was the perfect match for our dinners. The Signaterhof prides itself on locally sourced food and expert preparation. This is a favorite restaurant of mine and we allow an extra day in our travels so we can visit Signaterhof and have dinner.

Sono stata ospite nell'hotel per notti. La stanza era piccola ma accogliente, ben riscaldata, ottima biancheria, pulizia accurata.Superba la colazione con speck, burro, marmellate, frittelle ed altri prodotti locali, servita con attenzione. Strepitosa la cucina, dalla testina con cipolle rosse (indimenticabile), alle carni ed ai dolci; tutti prodotti di ottima qualità ed impeccabili presentazioni. Ottimo il servizio, sia dei piatti sia dei vini da parte del gentile figlio dei proprietari.
