During the service, food and wine were all exceptional, the owner of the facility, Birgitta, makes Banco 11. Birgitta's insight into Alto Adige wines is unsurpassed. Besides, she's incredibly personal. My favorite wine was a Lagrein Rosé from Alois Lageder Paradeis, a local winery in South Tyrol. Top-open location in the middle of the fruit market in downtown Bolzano. Top local wines and in winter Gillardeau leaves from northern France.
Loved this place! The owner was soo lovely and amazing. The wine and nibbles were delicious! Highly recommend this place!
Wow! What a refreshing and unexpected experience. The crowd was atypical least older than average, seemingly more intellectual than average (only our impression), relaxed and into their tablemates instead of any scene. Our waitress (spiky haired, somewhat older woman) was incredibly friendly and very well known. We wanted to adopt them! We will visit *defnitely* again.
Family atmosphere and friendly staff. Super fresh oysters! Fast service! Top!
