They have more earlier on in the day (I was there at 16.00), but still a few things to choose from. The person helping me had a great understanding of what vegan was, so that was great. There are also signs (in Italian) with which allergens the pastries and breads contain. View all feedback.
What TrudiBruges doesn't like about Baeckerei Grandi:
Asked for the vegan options and was told the croissant was vegan (not labelled in counter) Nice fluffy croissant. Wish they would have more vegan, and would label them View all feedback.
Range of sweet (croissants) and savory bread that is vegan. Would recommend.

Delicious vegan apple strudel, croissants, nut and other strudel.
Delicious products, fresh and tasty and generous. Very nice and welcoming.
The bakery is already very beautiful from the outside. the choice of vegan products is quite large, especially when they arrive early in the day. on the afternoon we got vegan croissants with nut filling and vegan nustrudel. also many of the rolls are vegan.
