Very unwelcoming and rude staff. They said they didn’t receive our booking and they acted as if we were an inconvenience when the pub itself was empty.
It was closed! Despite the system allowing me to book a table, when we arrived there was a sign stuck to the door saying 'closed until further notice '. Would have expected to have been told to avoid a wasted journey.
Booked online, arrived promptly, NO CHEF! no one had bothered to check the online system! As we had taken a taxi there we were VERY disappointed to say the least! Won’t try again.
Arrived for our meal to be told kitchen was closed due to staff calling in sick following a heavy previous night
Service was lovely. We originally went to eat. Was disappointed as we booked a table just Incase it was busy. Food was advertised to stop serving at 7. Arrived for 6 to find out they had already stopped serving. So then had to find somewhere else to eat. Pointless advertising service times and offers to then stop serving food early.
