She doesn't really have much patience with children. Children just think a little longer when they are asked what they want to eat. That's what they have. I didn't think of it in 10 seconds. You just noticed that she was getting grumpy. As far as I know, you should serve a customer with a smile, even if it is a snack bar. The interior could also get some more attention, a bit messy and really not clean. At 12 o'clock you expect it not to be dirty. Cleaning is still an issue and there are no cobwebs after opening hours, which you should remove.
